Your AI agent works. Can you change it fast without breaking it?

To bin or not to bin is a hands-on tutorial where you take one small, real problem (which bins go out tonight?) from a first prompt to an agent with automatic checks, on a schedule, and finally to plain code with no model at all, using the same checks to prove it still works at every step.

Rubbish and recycling alternate weekly and food goes every week, so missing one rubbish collection means a month of rubbish in the garden.

It runs on your machine against a made-up council, with Claude Code, and either Apache Airflow or cron.
